Et si on séduisait nos candidats ?

  2. Segment your contact base by techno, role, seniority, localisation etc.

  3. Create personalized templates (several introduction templates + several body templates + several project description templates + several closing templates) according to your segmentation

  4. Leave space on your templates to add a dose of individualisation. Whenever you're able to find context about a person (specific project, side project etc.) that strengthen your will to reach out to them, use it and share it with them!

  5. Do not underestimate the title

Awesome tool that I've just discovered thanks to Leo Bernard to test your message title.

💡Trick & Tips

Smart templates

I create "smart templates" which I then assemble and customize according to the targeted profile (technos, seniority, hobbies): 2 introductory versions + 2 closing versions + core message by techno + 2 project descriptions by techno + 2 company descriptions.
