How do we prepare an onboarding?

Your candidate experience turns into your team experience as soon as the candidate receive your Offer letter

And as soon as the candidate sign it, you'll start tailoring your onboarding experience and you'll want to keep them posted along the way.

💡Tips & tricks: the fist step in your onboarding is to get all the admin and setup ready before your very first day (i.e.: admin stuff, sending devices etc.) as well as to give access to all information your newcomer will need (i.e.: tooling access, ressources and playbooks etc.).

The regroups what you can expect to receive ahead of your first day – this includes access to resources, an overview of your first 2 weeks, tasks and your 90-days plan.

How do we prepare an off-boarding?

Same as an on-boarding: we plan ahead of time (as much as possible), we communicate (over and over again. No one could ever blame you for over-communication) and we tailor an experience.

The off-boarding is the final step to your team experience, before your employee enter the alumni experience (wether you are intentional about your alumni program or not, you have one. It is composed of all your past employees, freelancers, interns)
