Establish a hierarchy of search criteria 1st research: Q1 AND Q2 AND Q3 AND Q3 AND Q4 AND Q5 2nd search: Q1 AND Q2 AND Q3 AND Q3 AND Q4 NOT Q5 3rd search: Q1 AND Q2 AND Q3 NOT Q4 NOT Q5

Don't just look at the profiles on the first pages. Start from the last page

Select "top profiles", identify the keywords that are often used i.e.: not all data scientist profiles will mention "data scientist" in their profile but perhaps all will mention Tensorflow and Machine Learning => Machine Learning AND Tensorflow NOT "data scientist"
