Like most of the time, I ask for help on Recruiter's Kitchen (Slack community) because I didn't know how to start with role specifications and was afraid to over-engineer it.

I discussed a lot with Katia Bonfante and I was able to start my own template of role specifications largely inspired by the feedback Katia shared with me.

👀 Pierre Fournier also suggested to add the two following questions if the job already exists in the company :

1/ Most exciting/rewarding parts of the job

2/ Most boring tasks
